The 1999 Clarksville Tornado Photographs collection consists of photographs of downtown Clarksville after an F3 tornado struck on January 22, 1999 that severely damaged many historic buildings. This collection contains 71 photographs taken in the days following the disaster. The Danforth Family Photographs is a collection of 38 photographs taken in Syria (modern-day Lebanon) that belonged to sisters Agnes and Helen Danforth. The photographs, which date from circa 1884 to 1905, primarily consist of landscape views of the Adonis River Valley and surrounding locations in Syria. A small number also feature people and structures from the same region. The Danforth sisters were the children of missionaries based in Syria.
